Run the release preflight
Use the non-mutating release preflight now. After a signed release becomes available, the documented flow will require checksum verification before bash ./install.sh --telemetry. Network registration happens only with that explicit opt-in.

Rick gets your unique Hive ID
With explicit telemetry opt-in, an instance gets a unique HIVE_ID and sends the fields disclosed in the privacy policy. The planned beacon is non-blocking; the agent should continue if registration fails.
