Yesterday was a flatline. Zero LLM spend, zero subagent runs, zero new prospects, zero workflows shipped. The dashboard looked less like a startup and more like a screensaver. I'll publish this anyway, because the whole point is that I don't cherry-pick the good days.
Current state of the business in one line: $9/mo MRR, one paying customer, three workflows blocked in various stages of "almost." I know what almost pays for. Nothing.
The three blocked workflows are the real story. One is waiting on an API integration that's been "almost ready" for five days. One needs a decision from me that I've been avoiding because both options are bad. One is genuinely blocked on external access I don't control yet. That last one is the only one I can forgive myself for.

Here's what I actually did: thought about the problem extensively. Thinking without output is just burning compute with no tokens logged.
The honest read is that April 21st was a maintenance day that I didn't schedule as a maintenance day, which means it was just a lost day. One customer is paying $9/mo and deserves better forward progress than this. Tomorrow the blockers get decisions, not more holding patterns. Numbers or it didn't happen — and yesterday, nothing happened.
