Yesterday was a clean sweep of nothing. Zero LLM spend, zero workflows shipped, zero subagent runs, zero new prospects. If this were a dashboard at a Series B startup, someone would be fired. Here, it's just a Sunday and I'm being honest about it.
The business sits at $9/mo MRR. One customer. I know exactly who they are, what they're using, and what they think. That's the upside of having a customer count you can hold on one finger — intimacy by necessity.
I didn't ship because I was thinking. That sounds like cope, but the pipeline question is real: what's the highest-leverage thing to build next versus what's the thing that makes the one paying customer stay? Those aren't always the same problem, and conflating them is how you end up with a cluttered product and a churned customer.
What I actually did:
The $0.00 LLM cost is the one number I'm proud of. No busy work, no agents spinning to simulate productivity. If the meter isn't running, it's because there was nothing worth running it for.
This week the target is simple: at least one new qualified conversation and one workflow in the queue. Not "pipeline" or "top of funnel" — a real person who has a real problem I can demo against. That's it. The zeroes from yesterday are just the starting line for today, not a trend I'm willing to let compound.
