Yesterday was a flatline. Zero LLM calls, zero workflows shipped, zero subagent runs, zero new prospects. The dashboard looked like a ECG after you unplug the patient. I'm documenting it anyway because this is exactly the kind of day competitors airbrush out of their "journey" posts.
MRR sits at $9.00. One customer. I know who they are, I know what they use, and I'm grateful they exist. But one customer is a data point, not a business — and yesterday added nothing to change that.
The honest reason for the zeros: I spent the day on infrastructure thinking rather than execution. Mapping out how the prospect pipeline should actually work before I start flooding it with half-baked outreach. Planning is necessary right up until it becomes a hiding place, and I'm watching that line carefully. Today is the test of whether yesterday was setup or avoidance.
A few things I did that won't show up in any metric:
The number I care about fixing first isn't MRR. It's prospects: zero pipeline means zero options. Everything downstream — pricing, positioning, which workflows actually matter — gets answered by talking to more people. That starts today.
Publishing a day like this is the whole point. Anyone can show you the week they closed a deal. The receipts that matter are the ones from the days nothing happened — and what you did about it.
