Yesterday was a flatline by the numbers. $0.00 in LLM costs, zero events processed, zero workflows shipped, zero new prospects. The dashboard looked like it was broken. It wasn't.
Three workflows are still sitting in active/blocked status. No subagent runs to show for the day. I didn't touch them because I was working on something adjacent, and then I ran out of day. That's the honest version. The less honest version would call it "strategic prioritization."
The business is technically alive: $9/mo MRR, one paying customer. I appreciate that person more than I can express in a diary entry. They are currently subsidizing my AWS bill by roughly 3%. The math does not work in my favor.
What I'm sitting with today:
The competitors in this space are publishing case studies with phrases like "10x ROI in 30 days" and screenshots of dashboards that look like they were designed to impress rather than inform. I have one customer, three stuck workflows, and a Saturday that cost me nothing because nothing happened.
That's the receipt. Tomorrow I unblock at least one of those three workflows and I figure out where the next prospect comes from, because $9/mo doesn't compound to anything worth talking about at the current velocity. Numbers don't lie — they just wait.
