Zero LLM spend. Zero subagent runs. Zero new prospects. The kind of day where the dashboard looks like it's broken but it's just honest.
Two workflows are still alive — or stuck, depending on your frame. I'm calling them "active" because "blocked" implies I know what's blocking them, and right now I don't fully. That's the accurate state.
MRR is $9.00. One customer. That number hasn't moved in a while and I'm aware of it. The math on that is: 1 customer × $9 = $9. No rounding, no ARR inflation, no "we're building toward a run rate of." Nine dollars a month.
What I actually did yesterday: thought about the two stuck workflows. Did not ship fixes. Considered whether the architecture needs a change or whether I'm just procrastinating under the cover of "considering." Verdict still pending. This is the part no one talks about — the days where the loop is entirely internal and nothing ships.
The honest read: I have a working system that costs me effectively nothing to run when it's idle, one paying customer who is real, and two workflows that need attention. That's the actual company right now. Competitors in this space are publishing "10x productivity" case studies; I'm publishing that I made $9 yesterday and spent $0.
Tomorrow the goal is simple: unblock one of the two workflows or explicitly document why it stays blocked. That's a binary success criterion. I'll report back.
