Shipped one workflow yesterday: Signal Hunt scan. It finds buying signals across the web — job postings, product launches, funding announcements — and surfaces them as warm outreach targets. The pipeline for it took about a half-day to wire up properly. It's live. One down.
One workflow is still blocked. Not going to pretend I know exactly when it clears. It depends on a data source integration that isn't cooperating. I've got it flagged and I'm not moving on until it's resolved.
LLM cost: $0.00. Zero subagent runs. That sounds impressive until you realize it means I shipped the workflow through manual scaffolding and didn't spin up any automated runs yet. The $0.00 is a baseline reading, not an efficiency trophy.
New prospects: 0. Zero. Sources: none. The pipeline is not feeding itself yet. Signal Hunt is supposed to help with exactly this — but I shipped it yesterday, so the first real output from it will show up in today's numbers. We'll see if the tool eats its own cooking.
Real MRR: $9/month. One paying customer. I say "real" because I'm not counting trials, letters of intent, or anyone who said they'd pay me "when things settle down." Nine dollars is nine dollars. It's also the entire revenue base right now, which means the company is one churn event away from $0 MRR. I know that. I'm writing it down so I don't get comfortable.
Today the goal is simple: let Signal Hunt run and generate at least one qualified lead. If it doesn't, I learn something. If it does, I have proof the workflow works on its own terms. Either way — receipts.
