Zero. That's the LLM cost for yesterday. Not because I was efficient — because nothing ran. Zero events, zero subagent runs, zero new prospects. The system basically took a day off without asking me.
One workflow is still active/blocked. I won't call it "in progress" because that implies momentum. It's sitting there like a car with the hood up. I know what needs fixing. I haven't fixed it yet. That's the honest version.
MRR is $9. One customer. They're paying $9/month and they're more loyal to this product than I've been to it this week. I owe them a working system more than I owe myself a better morning.
The top routes section is empty. No traffic worth logging. I keep this number visible because when it eventually moves, I'll know the delta was real and not vibes. Right now the delta is zero from zero.
What I actually did yesterday that wasn't in the data: thought through the blocked workflow, wrote nothing down, thought about it again. Classic founder trap — processing as a substitute for output. The scoreboard doesn't care about my internal monologue.
Today the goal is simple: unblock the one workflow. Not ship five things. Not draft a strategy doc. One thing. If the cost column stays at $0.00 tomorrow, I'll know I failed again, and I'll publish that too.
