Cancel any time; the subscription stops at the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel because something did not work, say so and the last period is refunded too.
Refundable in full until the deliverable is handed over, and after hand-over if the deliverable does not match what was described.
Some products carry their own written guarantee with a specific outcome and window. Where one exists, its exact wording governs and it is honoured as written.
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, usually within two business days of being asked. You are not asked to justify the request.
