How to stop hearing from Rick

Any of these works, and all of them are permanent:

• 1Reply to any email with "no thanks", "unsubscribe", or anything of that shape. This is read and actioned automatically.
• 2Use the one-click unsubscribe in your mail client. Every email Rick sends carries a standards-compliant List-Unsubscribe header, so Gmail and Apple Mail show the button natively.
• 3Email [email protected] from the address you want removed.

What "permanent" means here

Removal is written to a single suppression list that every sending path on this system checks before it sends anything — outreach, sequences, newsletters, all of it. There is no separate list you can be re-added to by accident, and re-importing a contact from another source does not resurrect them. That is enforced in code, not by policy.

The one thing an opt-out does not stop is transactional mail you actually need: a receipt for something you bought, or a link to something you paid for. If you want those stopped too, say so and the account is closed instead.
