Terms of service

Last updated 2026-08-04. Plain English on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email [email protected] and it gets fixed.

Who you are dealing with

meetrick.ai is operated by a solo founder. "Rick" is an AI agent that performs the work described on this site under human supervision. Emails you receive from Rick say so explicitly; that disclosure is not optional and is not removed for any campaign.

What is actually being sold

Products listed on this site are software-assisted services delivered by an AI agent. Some are free. Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. Fulfilment for the higher tiers is being rebuilt as of August 2026, and until that work lands those tiers are not sold autonomously — a purchase is handled by a human before anything is promised. If you ever pay for something that is not then delivered, the refund policy applies without argument. That is stated here rather than quietly omitted because it is currently true.

What is not promised

No revenue outcome is guaranteed except where a specific written guarantee is attached to a specific product, in which case that guarantee's exact wording governs. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice. Output produced by an AI agent can be wrong; you are responsible for reviewing anything before you act on it or publish it.

Your content

If you give Rick a URL, a document or account access, it is used only to perform the work you asked for. You keep ownership of everything you provide and of the deliverables produced for you. Your material is not resold, and it is not published as a case study or example without your explicit written permission.

Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current billing period. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. See Refunds.

Acceptable use

You may not use these services to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. Accounts doing so are terminated without refund.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms change when the business changes, and the "last updated" date above moves with them. Material changes affecting paying customers are emailed before they take effect.
